1on1jerkoff.com consists of written advice and soft, blurred colour areas that show no people. No photograph, film or recording of sexually explicit conduct was ever made, ordered, bought or published by this site, so it does not count as a primary or secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. 2257 or 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

2. The partner chat

Start opens, in a separate tab, a partner website that owns and runs its live chat. Whatever members stream there travels across that partner’s infrastructure alone; we neither relay nor archive it. Membership rules, age verification and any records the law demands for that service are the partner’s job. If one particular stream troubles you, tell the partner’s support about it.

3. Age requirement

The rule for everyone you meet by way of this site is simple: 18 or older, without exception. Anything involving a minor is refused outright. If a person on screen could be underage, leave the session at once, tell the partner’s support and report it to NCMEC’s CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org, 1-800-843-5678). Outside the US, turn to the local police or your country’s internet hotline.
