Privacy Notice

This site tries to learn as little about you as it can. We run no accounts, count no visitors, place no ads and embed no trackers, and we set not a single cookie. Even so, a few traces appear, because a page has to be carried to your screen and because pressing Start connects you with a separate company. They are listed below.
1. Hosting and server logs
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts 1on1jerkoff.com on its Pages platform. Carrying a page to you means Cloudflare handles the IP address you connect with, the country that address belongs to (and, for American connections, the state), the time of each request, the address requested and a brief note on browser and device type. Without that, no page arrives, the regional handling described here cannot work and abusive traffic cannot be filtered out. We build no visitor profiles from any of it. Cloudflare sets out its own rules for these records in its privacy policy.
2. Local storage for the age check
Switching on the 18+ switch next to Start plants one item in your browser’s local storage, called ojk.ok18, holding the word “yes” plus the date and time you answered. It exists so that Start works straight away on your next visit, and it counts as strictly necessary for that purpose. After 30 days the switch appears again and the entry is written anew. It never travels from your device to our side, and deleting the site data for 1on1jerkoff.com in your browser settings removes it.
3. Contact form messages
Our form keeps three things: the subject picked from the list, the note itself and a reply address when you chose to give one. These items are filed in a key-value store attached to our own Cloudflare account and to nothing else. Mail relays, form vendors and captcha firms are not part of the chain. Notes are read so we can reply and deal with legal, privacy or safety questions; a note is deleted automatically twelve months after it arrives, or earlier whenever you ask for that.
4. Third-party chat provider
Start is a plain link. It opens Stripchat, a third-party provider, in a new tab; no chat code, script or frame from that provider is part of this site. Your browser first contacts the provider only when you press Start, never before you have answered the age check. From then on you deal with Stripchat directly, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to everything there, including what it learns about your device, your IP address, camera, microphone and messages. None of that reaches us. Start first opens the address /video-start on this site, which forwards you straight to the provider. On the way, three labels are added so that any commission finds its way back to us: 1on1jerkoff.com written twice in slightly different forms, and the rough kind of device (iPhone, Android or desktop) as read from the browser identification your browser sends with the click. Nothing of this is stored by us. They identify the site and the device type, never you. Where adult age-verification laws apply (the European Union, its EEA neighbours, Britain and 27 US states), nothing about Start changes; the provider simply runs its own age check.
5. Partner links
A handful of links, Start among them, send you to paid services with a referral code attached, which is how the provider knows to pay us. After the click, that provider’s privacy rules, prices and age checks take over.
6. Your rights
Whenever you like, you may ask which data about you we keep, and have it fixed, deleted or frozen. Californians hold these rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA. Similar protections apply in further US states as well as under European and British data protection law. Your personal data is not for sale here, and it is never handed over for cross-context behavioral advertising. No fee applies to such a request, and your access to the site stays exactly the same. Send it through the contact form; the answer follows within 45 days.
7. Children and minors
1on1jerkoff.com is closed to anyone under 18, and it does not knowingly gather anything about them. If a note from a minor ever reaches us, say which one and we wipe it for good.
8. Changes to this notice
Should our data handling change, this page gets rewritten and the date below the title moves on.
