DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
We wrote every sentence here ourselves, and other people’s rights matter to us as much as our own. If you find something here that copies your work, tell us and we will put it right. Notices follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512.
1. Required parts of a notice
- Which of your works was copied, described well enough that we can recognise it.
- The full address of the page on 1on1jerkoff.com that carries the copy.
- Your name plus some way to contact you; email is easiest.
- Your good faith belief, put in one sentence, that the use has not been authorized by you, by someone acting for you or by the law.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the notice tells the truth and that you own the right in question or represent its owner.
- A signature from you, on paper or in electronic form.
Send it in with our contact form, subject “Copyright”. As soon as the notice holds every point above, we pull or block the material, mostly in under a week, and send you word.
2. Content in the partner chat
We cannot delete anything shown in the chat behind Start, because it lives on the systems of the partner website that Start opens. Reports about chat content belong in the provider’s own removal process.
3. Counter-notice
Was your material taken down by mistake? Answer with a counter-notice through the form. Tell us which material disappeared and at which address it used to be. Swear under penalty of perjury that it vanished through error or misidentification. Then sign with your name and postal address and accept that the federal court of your judicial district may decide the dispute. A copy then goes to whoever sent the original notice.
4. Repeat infringers
If someone keeps infringing here, we cut off every bit of access we control.
